We are a family business and have been working with the Filter Queen factory since 1940.  Through out those years we have had brick & mortar store, authorized factory service center, selling parts and service.  We are able to answer most Filter Queen questions and have contacts to find out an answer.

POSTAGE:

Shipping will be USPS.  We try to ship same day or up to two business days.  If there is an issue with USPS please contact us and we will setup a different shipping method. Some parts may give an outragous amount in which we are trying to correct.  Please do not worry, we will issue you a credit.  We want you to pay actual postage weight.  We do not inflate or charge a flat rate like many companies do when they deal with UPS or Fedex.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Buy Now Pay Later, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Venmo through our Paypal payment hub. For these payment options just follow the steps.  We have updated our checkout process to give you more options and easier checkout.  Few facts about our checkout.

1. Paypal is our payment server that accepts all forms of payment.

2. You are not creating a Paypal account.  Some source of a bank account is needed to create a Paypal account so, this information will not be asked of you.

4. The account that will be created is for our website processing customer file.
