Genuine Filter Queen straight suction lower wand.  Pin style with black cuffs.  There are many Filter Queen models through the years that can use SS (straight suction) wands.  Some models SS wands were an option back in it's day and the other Filter Queen models these wands were not offered but can be used.  To use this wand for floor cleaning the upper wand needs to be purchased as well (FQ_9278).

Shipping will be UPS, USPS or FedEx.  We try to ship same day or up to two business days.  Our site is setup for USPS which is sometimes not the best price.  So we may need to change carriers.  If there is an issue  with one of these carriers contact us please contact us and we will setup a different shipping carrier that works for you.

RETURNS:

All items can be returned if not used, or damaged. 

Return policy:

Full return including postage if we ship you the wrong part including the postage to ship the item back.

Partial return if you order the wrong part.  Refund will be for the item purchased only.  If you want the correct part you need to purchase the item through checkout on the website or on the telephone.
