Genuine Filter Queen electric wand.  Old style with the pin connection and the curved top end with some modifications.  Wand cord is clipped on with plastic holders to keep cord close to the wand.  Cord is no longer glued to the wand.

Stainless steel construction with rubber end tube fitting.  Fits the older style Filter Queen models listed below.

POSTAGE:

Shipping will be UPS, USPS or FedEx.  We try to ship same day or up to two business days.  Our site is setup for USPS which is sometimes not the best price.  So we may need to change carriers. If there is an issue  with one of these carriers contact us please contact us and we will setup a different shipping carrier that works for you.  Contact information is above.  Some parts may give an outrageous shipping price in which we are trying to correct.  Please do not worry, we will issue you a credit.  We want you to have a reasonable postage fee.  We do not inflate or charge a flat rate like many companies do.

RETURNS:

All items can be returned if not used, or damaged. 

Return policy:

Full return including postage if we ship you the wrong part including the postage to ship the item back.  Partial return if you order the wrong part.  Refund will be for the item purchased only.  If you want the correct part you need to purchase the item through checkout on the website or the telephone.
