Adaptor retainer secures the connector neck to the unit.  When they start to break the wand usually starts to get wobbly from side to side.  It is common for the ears that hold the screws to break, causing the elbow to move around in the housing. When installing, take care to only hand tighten till snug. Never use power tools when assembling your power nozzle.The only color available is black

We warranty all new parts with the factory warranty and we sometimes add an additional time to some parts.

We will usually ship within a 2 business days and Saturdays. We ship U.S.P.S. and charge you actual postage, not an inflated flat rate per weight. The weight it is will be the calculated shipping charge.
