Bottom plate power nozzle/head gasket strip.  The strip is 1.5" long gasket and is placed on each side of the rollerbrush bearings for dirt protection.  

Plate needs to be clean of all dirt, plastic backing and glue before replacing them.

Tools needed for this replacement:

• Flat Blade Scraper
• Glue Remover
• Paper Towels
• Household Cleaner (Fantastik, 409)

Shipping will be UPS, USPS or FedEx.  We try to ship same day or up to two business days.  Our site is setup for USPS which is sometimes not the best price.  So we may need to change carriers.  If there is an issue  with one of these carriers contact us please contact us and we will setup a different shipping carrier that works for you.

Contact information is above.  Some parts may give an outrageous shipping price in which we are trying to correct.  Please do not worry, we will issue you a credit.  We want you to have a reasonable postage fee.  We do not inflate or charge a flat rate like many companies do.

RETURNS:

All items can be returned if not used, or damaged. 

Return policy:

Full return including postage if we ship you the wrong part including the postage to ship the item back.

Partial return if you order the wrong part.  Refund will be for the item purchased only.  If you want the correct part you need to purchase the item through checkout on the website or the telephone.

6 Paypal Checkout with F.Q.  Page - Here you have the option to create a paypal account or pay with a card of your choice.  Fill in the email that you entered on the billing page.  To pay with other card click NEXT.

7. Pay With Debit or Credit Card - Here is where you verify the email.  Enter your phone number where a verify code can be sent.  Enter your card number information.  Verify the billing address one last time.  Create a password.  Click create account and pay.

8. Enter your code that was sent to your phone number.

9. This should put you past the difficult part of the payment process.  Enter your choice of payment.
