Adapter retainer secures the connector neck to the unit.  When they start to break the wand usually starts to get wobbly from side to side.  It is common for the ears that hold the screws to break, causing the elbow to move around in the housing. When installing, take care to only hand tighten till snug. Never use power tools when assembling your power nozzle.

We are a family business and have been working with the Filter Queen factory since 1940.  Through out those years we have had brick & mortar store, authorized factory service center, selling parts and service.  We are able to answer most Filter Queen questions and have contacts to find out an answer.

POSTAGE:

Shipping will be USPS.  We try to ship same day or up to two business days.  If there is an issue with USPS please contact us and we will setup a different shipping method. Some parts may give an outragous amount in which we are trying to correct.  Please do not worry, we will issue you a credit.  We want you to pay actual postage weight.  We do not inflate or charge a flat rate like many companies do when they deal with UPS or Fedex.
