Electric Hose new for Elektrapure canister model from Health-Mor the company that produces the Filter Queen.  The Elektrapure was different design lower cost alternative to the Filter Queen and shared attachments with the Filter Queen.   Never did do well and was discontinued.

This hose has a custom air blend door to control suction on the handle.  The canister end is a special connection attached to the hose that will NOT connect to a Filter Queen.

We are a family business and have been working with the Filter Queen factory since 1940.  Through out those years we have had brick & mortar store, authorized factory service center, selling parts and service.  We are able to answer most Filter Queen questions and have contacts at the factory to find out an answer if we cannot give you one.

POSTAGE:

Shipping will be UPS, USPS or FedEx.  We try to ship same day or up to two business days.  Our site is setup for USPS which is sometimes not the best price.  So we may need to change carriers.  If there is an issue  with one of these carriers contact us please contact us and we will setup a different shipping carrier that works for you.

Contact information is above.  Some parts may give an outrageous shipping price in which we are trying to correct.  Please do not worry, we will issue you a credit.  We want you to have a reasonable postage fee.  We do not inflate or charge a flat rate like many companies do.

RETURNS:

All items can be returned if not used, or damaged. 

Return policy:

Full return including postage if we ship you the wrong part including the postage to ship the item back.

Partial return if you order the wrong part.  Refund will be for the item purchased only.  If you want the correct part you need to purchase the item through checkout on the website or the telephone.
